POSTPONEMENT

The 2020 Toronto CARM Convention location is Humber Lakeshore Campus, in southwest Toronto between Lakeshore Drive and Lake Ontario, at Kipling Avenue, 5 minutes south of the Gardiner Expressway.
The Humber College address is 3199 Lake Shore Blvd West, Etobicoke, ON M8V 1K8 at 22nd Street.
(Do not confuse this with the Humber North campus.)

Except for layout tours, all convention activities will be in our convention activity room.
The convention activity room location will be announced in March.

Layouts on the layout tours will be in Toronto, Mississauga and other parts of the GTA Greater Toronto Area. Click on "Layout Tours" in the menu above.

If you live in Toronto or Mississauga, consider using transit Friday when campus parking must be paid for and all activities are in our convention activity room, but drive Saturday when campus parking is free and activities are split between our convention activity room and off-campus layout tours, and also drive Sunday when the only activity is layout tours. (You can also car pool Saturday afternoon and Sunday.)

By car:

From the east:
(If you are north of about Lawrence, it's likely better to use the 401 and the west, north or northeast directions below.)
Take the Gardiner westbound to the Kipling Avenue exit, Kipling south to Lakeshore Boulevard, Lakeshore west (right) one block to 23rd Street, south (left) on 23rd to the parking lot.

From near Kipling Avenue:
Just take Kipling south to Lakeshore Boulevard, Lakeshore west (right) one block to 23rd Street, south (left) on 23rd to the parking lot.

From the west, north or northeast:
Take highways to the intersection of Highway 403, Highway 427 and the Gardiner Expressway.
Take the Gardiner east to the Kipling South exit.
Take the exit road (Horner Avenue) past the Self Storage, south across Evans Avenue, then around the curve.
Take the first left south onto Kipling Avenue, Kipling south to Lakeshore Boulevard, Lakeshore west (right) one block to 23rd Street, south (left) on 23rd to the parking lot.

Parking:

The Humber College parking is in Humber Lot 1 (the 4th driveway south on the east side of 23rd Street). Parking must be paid for on Friday up to 4 pm, but is free after that and free on Saturday and Sunday. It costs $4 for up to 2 hours, $6 for up to 4 hours, and $10 for longer.

By TTC / GO:

When viewing TTC bus schedules, click on "All Stops".

TTC from Kipling Subway Station:
Take TTC bus route #44 Kipling South or express bus route #944 Kipling South Express to Lake Shore Boulevard West.
Walk west one block to 23rd Street, then a little south to the Humber Lakeshore entrance.

TTC from west or east:
Take TTC streetcar route #301 or #501 Queen West to Long Branch or #301 Queen West to Greenwood or #501 Queen West to Neville Park or #501 Queen West to Long Branch to the corner of Lake Shore Boulevard West and 23rd Street.
Walk a little south on 23rd Street to the Humber Lakeshore entrance.

GO Train and TTC:
Take GO Train to Long Branch Station at the corner of Lakeshore Bolevard and Brown's Line, then follow the "TTC from west or east" directions above.

Convention activity room number and directions will be supplied in March once we know the building and room number.
