Accommodations

Accommodations at Trinity College School need to be booked from the registration for the convention. Please read over all of the information as this is a very old school, part of its charm, but this does create some issues. Note that the rooms are not air conditioned and most areas of the school are not wheelchair accessible. Almost all areas have stairs that may be limiting to some participants.

Booking Accommodations

Accommodations at Trinity College School will be handled through the Convention Registrar, Walter Reid, as part of the registration process. The cut-off date for booking on-site accomodations is July 15th. As there are narrow stairways to many of the resident rooms and there are only a limited number of rooms located on the lower level priority will be given to those people that have mobility issues. The final decision for all rooms will be made by the Convention Registrar. Remember that this a unique private school that is rich in history so many of the buildings date back to the mid 1900's and earlier.
