Display Form

Please fill out the following display form, unless you used the registration form for this, if you plan on bringing an item or items to put on display for the convention. A limited amount of space is available for this purpose and this is a chance for you to show your skills to the organization. Filling out the form is the second step to showing your skills, first was building the item. Once you have submitted your form you will be contacted by someone on the committee to confirm that there is room for your display item and space is being held. Please only list one item on the Display ID Form and fill it out multiple times for multiple items. Bring these ID forms with you to the convention. Thank you.
