(All entrees are served with Rice Pilaf and Glazed Baby Carrots)

*Registrants who have selected to attend the banquet will receive a form from the registrar to indicate their choice of entrée.
If you have any special dietary requirements, please contact William Waithe as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate you.
All other meals are the responsibility of the convention delegates and can be obtained at the convention hotel , as well as at the many nearby restaurants.
